Seeking exceptionally Talented PhD Scientist

I am the founder of newmedialytic a company that is trying to combine advanced algorithms with an interactive experience to increase arousal of entertainment and social experience in the online video realm.

I wanted to ask you some advise on how to find a the right person. In the last few months have run cooperations with several scientists around the world I would like now to have one person working specifically on this initially in exchange for equity and after 4-5 months with a salary from investors. The person can start part time (25-30 hours a week) should help me and my other engineer to develop a core recommendation system to show to investor along with the user interactive interface.

The person I am looking for is a high caliber machine learning expert , PhD level, who has a passion and curiosity on how to apply artificial intelligence to aspects correlated to human behavior and entertainment. Particularly I am interested in topics models, social influence and recommendations systems to start with. Eventually speech and video emotion analysis will come into play.
I am looking for a person that is in love with the highest intellectual challenges but at the same time is not pursuing a traditional academic path
He will have to be also a practical person with expertise in JAVA, R and Mathlab. Also he needs to understand that the exchange for equity comes at the price of delivery IP, keeping secrecy and avoid to compete in the near future on the same topic.
