Data Mining Techniques, which to use?

Hi,

I have about 100 Web Services that have description files WSDL in XML format. I would like to use Data Mining techniques to correlate, link Web Services of similiar nature, feeding in data to mine from these WSDL. That is for example if a user searches for "keyword"on my web search engine, it will return a number of related Web Services. I'm trying to head in this direction to create such application.

Being quite new to DM, I would like to know which mining techniques should i try to use? Which techniques should apply to my usage?

Eventually the data results will be used in a web search engine to search for the relevant web services based on keywords input by users.
