Hi,
I was working on a project that I lost interest in midway. Could someone suggest me something? I am not looking for some source code but just the right direction to start anew.
There are so many datasets available out there, but I can't think of any problem to answer.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks |

If you're bored and looking for something to do (i wish i had that problem...) then try the netflix prize.
I am dubious myself that it is possible to 'win' the grand prize, but if you manage to get the best model at least you get some money out of your efforts.
Cheers

| You can also take an existing paper, see the results with some technique and try your own ideas/algorithms to check if you can outperform the given results. I know it sounds very general, but just look for an article that is in a domain that may interest you. |
