Classification rule discovery using PSO

I am trying to extract the classification rules from a data set using PSO algorithm.I have implemented the PSO for that purpose.

But, my problem is that when ever i have run the code i am getting the different rule sets, that are depend on the random seed of PSO.

I am using my company's data set to get the rules,which we have to be used further. so i want to get the same rules for the data set that is independent of random values. can any one suggest the method to get same values for different runs..
