How to find a correlation between categorical variables

Hi all,

I know we can make use of regression to find correaltion (if any) between numerical variables. However, I'm not very sure how we can find such a correlation between categorical variables using data mining tools such as Clementine or SAS Enterprise Miner.

Any suggestion would be appreaciated very much.

When you have categorical variables, like eye color and hair color,
instead of regression you can use statistical tests like Chi-square
