Doing linear regression? You are infringing patent!

Linear regression on KPI is now covered by this ridiculous patent granted in 2006;

Any one doing linear regression on KPI using data read from database, data set, are in fact infringing the patent. Note that almost things what you will be using will belong to KPI. Most things you read are database, data set!

Unless this patent can be repealed, you won't be able to do anything! As a matter of fact, you might have been infringing the patent since 2006!
