identification of phishing email in dataset

I downloaded phishing data set from a website to perform text mining. The data set is containing multiple HTML based emails but there it is not mentioned that which email is phishing email and which is not. Did any one work on this type of data set. Please suggest how can I find this.
And let me know if any other information is required.

Maybe you can ask information from the authors of the website. They should be able to give you more information about the dataset.
