data mining on POI data

I have got dataset of POIs (point of interest) consisting of 7.5 million records.
Dataset has following columns :
POI_NAME - name of POI
X - X location
Y - Y location
POI_TYPE - type i.e. hospital , school , restaurant etc
POI_SUBTYPE - subtype , i.e. indian restuarant .
CITY - name of the city

Need some idea for finding patterns from this data. how can i find some interesting result from this data ? i am trying to apply clustering algorithms using weka to know pattern of specific POI_TYPES in the specific area. waiting for some valuable inputs to work on this . :)

You need to use not Weka clustering but some geographic clustering,
