Please advise how I can obtain data

Hi,
I wonder if anyone out there can advise me? Thank you very much if you can.

I run a small niche-of-a-niche business, providing organic kosher and halal (OK) foods.

How do you think I could use data mining to identify people who would be interested, as it is very difficult/costly to find potential clients.

Background:
Around .04% of the UK population is Jewish. An estimated 4% of them would buy OK product regularly
An estimated 5 - 10 % of the UK population is Muslim. An estimated of them 0.5% of them would buy OK product regularly.

Ideally I would be able to a) find interested people's e-mail addresses, or telephone numbers, and b) be able to assess the degree of interest (hot, warm or cold) to prioritise which I should contact first

Some Key identifying factors would be:-
jewish, muslim, religious, bought organic produce before, female, have children, born in the 60's, high disposable income, interested in environmental affairs, has joined an environmental group, organic gardening, has an allotment
have, or had, who is related to, or knows someone who has, or had, cancer,
have, or had, who is related to, or knows someone who has, or had, food allergies,
have, or had, who is related to, or knows someone who has, or had, antibiotic resistant illness,

It is not easy, but technically possible - one can identify many jewish and muslim family names and you can probably buy some spam email list covering UK. But there would be many false positives.
More importantly, you would be spamming your intended clients - not a good way to run business.

I would advise against it. Why not advertise on facebook and on Google under appropriate keywords?

yes, absolutely, the businesses is an ethical one, so we wouldn't buy a spam list.
anyway, I can't just e-mail muslim or jewish family names, I need to have a good reason, i.e. at least one of the criteria mentioned

I looked at advertising on facebook, there was no suitable search criteria (that I could find). I have tried Google before, do you mean adwords?

I cannot justify the high cost of newspaper adverts, given that, at most, only 10 percent of the reading population will be interested. point of sale advertising is much more cost-effective, I feel.
