NineSigma, representing Philips Consumer Lifestyle, invites proposals for software algorithms that isolate a high resolution, photo-realistic image of a person's face from a captured image and digitally simulate different facial hairstyles on the face. The successful technology will be used on laptops, tablets and mobile phones but does not need to be fully executed on them.

More information is available in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document online at www.ninesights.com/docs/DOC-4890.

The final submission date for Proposal Briefs is Wednesday, July 3, 2013.
