The Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative is offering two research opportunities:
“Understanding Past, Present, and Future Economic Behaviors for Financial Products” is a project sponsored by one of the largest Information Service Companies in the US. The project sponsor is actively seeking new ways to leverage their data for matching consumers to credit services. This unique dataset captures the financial activity of over 2 million consumers and contains the opening and closing of several types of accounts, collections histories, bankruptcy filings, and changes in credit attributes and credit scores over time. The second project, “Identifying and Maintaining Great Financial Advisors,” sponsored by Lincoln Financial Group, is open to a variety of research questions but is particularly interested in predicting and exploring the lifetime value of financial advisors and agents. This rich dataset contains individual records for financial advisors and agents selling their products, including 8 years of sales transactions. Submission guidelines and details here.
