The Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative (WCAI) continues to help shape the landscape of customer analytics. Building on momentum from previous years, the annual conference, “Successful Applications of Analytics: How Analytics Drives Disruption,” returns next month. The conference includes analytic professionals from a wide variety of industries for a day and a half of knowledge sharing and networking.

On May 15th, pre-conference technical workshops are available. The workshops will focus on

  • Working with Text: Beyond Word Clouds and Experiments with NLP lead by Anna Nicanorova, Director of Annalect Labs, Annalect and
  • Player Insight and Community Detection with Social Media – The Sims lead by Jason Park, Data Scientist, Electronic Arts.

On May 16th, attendees can expect powerful presentations from industry leaders that will highlight practical applications of analytics demonstrating the real-world impact on an organization’s strategic decision-making.
