    1. Communicate effective oral, aural and written skills with work groups, including internal and external participants

  3. Analysis and Definition

    3. Prepare functional and technical specifications along with appropriate supporting documentation including, but not limited to, recommendations, ROI , project scope, costs, and others requested
    4. Effectively identify problems, risks and their resolutions
    5. Recognize and point out procedural and technical impacts on assignments/projects in an environment of integrated systems. Seek advice and direction from team leader/mentor to assure the impact is properly addressed
    6. Analyze individual assignments and provide accurate time frame estimates for completion
  4. Technical Knowledge
    1. Provide a variety of programming duties with direction
    2. Develop effective, efficient internal design and detail pathway flow

    4. Produce/build programs within an acceptable error rate

Basic Qualifications

Job requires Bachelor's and 2 years of experience or the equivalent.
