Overview:
The Director of Finance and Loyalty Analysis is responsible for loyalty analysis, establishing measurements and analytics to evaluate the impact of Loyalty initiatives on both credit and third party customers. In addition, position will be responsible for developing strategies that report and analyze customer behavior. Position will also be responsible for oversight of pulling loyalty data from databases and provide leadership and project management during loyalty campaign/project launch.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Loyalty Analytics - determine approach and key metrics to measure loyalty effectiveness. Determine success of loyalty concept by considering implications to both credit and retail business. Leverage data science techniques to build effective modeling. Make and communicate clear recommendations to improve loyalty construct
  • Customer Behavior Analytics - determine approach and key metrics to measure Customer Behavior. Through leading edge measurement, research, and refined segmentation, identify patterns, predict results and isolate opportunities
  • Provide leadership in sourcing for and identifying data from Loyalty that is required to complete both Loyalty and Behavior analytics. Collaborate with other business partners (Operations & Marketing)
  • Loyalty Project Management - assume lead role on loyalty projects to ensure a highly successful program is launched (i.e. understand customer implications, system implications, data requirements, etc.)
  • Work with external partners to analyze and review loyalty results
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws; including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

 
Skills Summary:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Analytical and data management skills required
  • Presentation skills to conduct meetings and review findings with senior management
  • Knowledge of retail/credit and loyalty programs
  • PC and other technical skills
