What you bring to the role:

• MSc minimum / Ph.D. desired in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations research or related fields and 1+ years experience in data mining and machine learning on large amounts of data
• Strong candidates with a BSc and relevant work experience are also welcome
• Understanding of targeting and personalization
• Background in Data Mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis with a minimum of 2 relevant projects in same
• Passion for large-scale data analysis and a talent for identifying key insights from data
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning techniques, such as logistic regression, sequential pattern mining, clustering and decision trees
• Structured thinker that can articulate thoughts clearly, both written and orally
• Proficient software development and programming skills using Java and or Groovy/Scala and scripting languages
