We are currently looking for an industrious and energetic team member for the position of Production Support Analyst.

What You Will Do
  • Work closely with management team to drive marketing efforts and overcome marketing obstacles.
  • Monitor and adjust volumes, criteria, and flow to production teams.
  • Work hand in hand with Production Manager to improve individual and team performance.
  • Make data driven recommendations that optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design marketing tests, and make recommendations based on results.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide marketing insight to the business.
  • Review and monitor team to ensure compliance with internal and external policies/procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

 
What You Need
  • Demonstrated ability to execute.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing effort refinement with factual results.
  • Excellent computer and analytic skills.
  • Microsoft Office, Intermediate to Expert Excel and Google Apps experience.
  • Experience with Encompass, Tableau and/or Velocify not required, but ideal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team environment and take constructive criticism, coaching and feedback on a consistent basis.
  • Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
  • Ability to forage and maintain excellent working relationships with all members of the Cardinal Financial Team.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage large volumes of tasks while providing excellent internal customer service.
  • Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matters.
