We are currently looking for an industrious and energetic team member for the position of Production Support Analyst.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with management team to drive marketing efforts and overcome marketing obstacles.
- Monitor and adjust volumes, criteria, and flow to production teams.
- Work hand in hand with Production Manager to improve individual and team performance.
- Make data driven recommendations that optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design marketing tests, and make recommendations based on results.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Provide marketing insight to the business.
- Review and monitor team to ensure compliance with internal and external policies/procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
What You Need
- Demonstrated ability to execute.
- Demonstrated success in marketing effort refinement with factual results.
- Excellent computer and analytic skills.
- Microsoft Office, Intermediate to Expert Excel and Google Apps experience.
- Experience with Encompass, Tableau and/or Velocify not required, but ideal.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with a team environment and take constructive criticism, coaching and feedback on a consistent basis.
- Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to forage and maintain excellent working relationships with all members of the Cardinal Financial Team.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage large volumes of tasks while providing excellent internal customer service.
- Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matters.
