The Senior Research Analyst is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual that supports the Advanced Analytics Team by contributing to the following:
  • Best practices - analyzing large data sets, defining and writing optimization best practices
  • Case study development and management
  • Media technology evaluation and use cases - delivering recommendations to external teams to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Report strategy and process - collaborating with internal AOD teams to continue to build out analytics discipline as the foundation of each campaign management decision

The ideal candidate will have prior digital and programmatic media reporting experience with tools such as Excel, Access. Prior experience with programmatic bid management platforms and active campaign optimization efforts is a plus.

  • Supports the analytics team, through data analysis, with responsibility of delivering best practices, optimal optimization tactics, and evaluating performance metrics
  • Collects data from multiple sources for analysis and advanced reporting purposes
  • Evaluates data from multiple sources and writes white papers and POVs
  • Analyzes data for trends and writes recommendations for best practices
  • Prepares analysis reports and conclusions for case studies
  • Collaborates with multiple internal and external teams to collate feedback on POVs and best practices before publishing
  • Researches digital marketing current events, staying up-to-date on new products and tools that could affect our clients

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, or related field
  • Position requires at least 4 years of digital media experience and 3 years of some combination of media/digital analysis, and at least 1 year of POV, whitepaper writing experience
  • Robust experience in Digital as part of broader program mix and integrated analytics
  • 1.5+ years' experience working in programmatic media, experience with an analytics focus preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and advanced analytical writing skills
  • Preferred but not required basic SQL skills
