Primary Responsibilities:
  • Owns an end to end process
  • Develops functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
  • Responsible for product, service or process decisions that are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)
  • Lead Employer & Individual (E&I) Marketing data and analytics strategy, to align with business plan and growth objectives
  • Strategic leadership and implementation of data roadmap; E&I Marketing's future state of leveraging data for more informed decision making
  • Leadership and implementation of Marketing Mix Modeling to identify best performing Marketing activities
  • Stay close to industry best practices on data gathering, reporting and analysis
  • Translate performance report into salient points on trends and behaviors, and make recommendations for future strategy and tactics
  • Oversight of current Marketing dashboard and identify means to transition to a platform supported solution

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years Marketing strategy experience
  • 5+ years experience building marketing data and analytic plans that drive marketing strategy (direct mail, advertising, web, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards and analytic reports
  • Have in-depth, working knowledge of Tableau, Adobe analytics, email statistics, etc
  • Must have success in translating data to marketing strategy
  • Proven success in showing marketing value
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • May need to provide samples of dashboards or analytic reporting
