The FRTIB is an Independent Federal Agency responsible for administering the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). The incumbent will be responsible for structuring a data analysis program sufficient to compile, analyze, and interpret Thrift Savings Plan data. They will also provide meaningful information that supports measuring performance, identifying continuous improvements, and developing strategic initiatives.
Additionally, the incumbent will work collaboratively within the Benchmarking and Business Intelligence Division, other units within the Office of Enterprise Planning, and other offices within the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board to identify policies and procedures associated with the sources and use of data for activities such as analyzing both structured and unstructured demographic data, transactional data, and operational benchmarking of performance and costs, survey and market data that identifies trends, relationships and patterns of behavior, and retirement investment business activities.
