The Revenue Management and Analytics (RM&A) team supports clients across Walt Disney Parks & Resorts including Ticketing, Resorts, Merchandise and Food & Beverage in the core competencies of yield management, revenue planning, forecasting, pricing, promotions and optimization. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a team player in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver insightful analysis in support of strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • Identify revenue and profit growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and report business performance drivers and key metrics
  • Research, design, develop, and support analytical models
  • Utilize historical data, primary research findings, and other relevant information
  • Identify and apply best practices in the field of advanced analytics (statistics, research, etc.)
  • Collaborate and partner with other areas across the company
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop polished presentations appropriate for their intended audience
  • Present and effectively communicate analytical conclusions to all stakeholders

 
Basic Qualifications
This posting is a talent pool for upcoming roles within Revenue Management and Analytics. We will be interviewing talent from within this pool to fill Analyst and Sr. Analyst level positions. These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for these positions:
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in analytics, strategy development or equivalent role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional partnering skills and teamwork abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities
  • Proven ability to complete multiple projects at one time

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAS, SQL or other program language
  • Proficiency of data visualization/business intelligence software such as Tableau
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Disney Theme Parks & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings
  • Proven ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
