Job Description:
  • Develop client facing points-of-view using case studies and industry experience as part of originating sales opportunities
  • Lead senior client executive sales origination workshops related to NBA, CVM and customer analytics
  • Lead sales opportunities, taking the role of sales lead, from origination, through qualification to contract
  • Build client trust by displaying deep functional expertise in segmentation models, customer analytics, propensity models, customer retention models, campaign event triggers, NBA systems, Customer Value Management, Customer Lifetime Value, offer development and marketing campaign management
  • Build client trust by displaying deep Communications industry expertise focusing on customer analytics, segmentation, sales, marketing and customer experience
