Position Objective

Responsible for conducting, analyzing and reporting on the data requirements for strategic change initiatives. Works closely with Change Strategy and Change Deployment leads to develop data-based insights that inform change strategies and plans. Analyzes data, develops and delivers reports/scorecards for the purpose of monitoring progress and developing actionable recommendations using legacy knowledge and fact-based insights that link data together from multiple sources to tell a story.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Change Assessment Implementation & Support (45%)
    • Conducts assessments to inform the development of change strategies and plans.
    • Provides data analytics and change ROI expertise to develop key performance metrics for strategic initiatives and/or other major change efforts
    • For assigned initiatives, conducts, develops, implements, gathers data, analyzes, and prepares reports for following assessments: Change Risk Assessment, Stakeholder Change Impact Assessment, Organizational Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Change Adoption Readiness, Sponsor Assessment, Resistance Assessments
    • Participates in stakeholder interviews to help determine specific change impacts
    • Contributes to and facilitates analyses to determine breadth and depth of adoption gaps
    • Communicates assessment data to individuals and teams from program, partner functions, sponsors, etc.

     
  • Adoption Measurement & Monitoring Support (35%)
    • Develops and conducts adoption measurement activities (pulse check surveys, listening sessions, etc.)
    • Analyzes data and provides summary analysis reports
    • Incorporates adoption progress data into scorecard reports
    • Supports lessons-learned sessions on change activities to improve tools, methodologies, and communication strategies
    • Maintains organizational impact assessment data, showing stakeholder detail of designated strategic initiatives.
    • Interprets data analyses to support actionable recommendations at a stakeholder level.

     
  • Change ROI Analysis (20%)
    • Contributes to development and implementation of change management ROI scorecard
    • Analyzes change adoption progress in relation to achievement of desired business outcomes
    • Analyzes correlation of change plan investment with adoption.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting measurement and analytics data, in a manner that is useful to stakeholders and partners.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of data gathering, data analysis, and metrics reporting, with experience in change adoption and/or social science research.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of change management best practices and methodologies.

 
Travel Requirements

This position requires travel up to 30% of the time.
