This position will manage the daily work responsibilities of a team of Sr. Analysts responsible for all Channel Replenishment/Allocation. Specific responsibilities will include

Management of Supply Demand Activities:
  • Manage staff responsible for the day to day operational and administrative tasks for the Supply Demand Team
  • Monitor transactional actions by team to ensure accurate and timely input
  • Actively participate in morning prep meeting and daily operational calls and provide action items

Processes and Procedures:
  • Create and drive standardization of processes and procedures amongst internal teams as well as suppliers
  • Document all processes related to operational and systems impacted by the allocation or replenishment of Inventory
  • Work with Mgr. Planning on OEM specific processes to ensure appropriate segregation and audit plans in place

Inventory Projects:
  • Provide support for team on inventory transformation initiatives
  • Provide process designs needed to support initiatives
  • Support new project initiatives related to allocation and replenishment of goods

Manage, Train and Lead team:
  • Responsible for the functioning of organizational structure, staff engagement and moral
  • Development of direct report and overall team growth
  • Acquire and develop top talent to attain necessary skills
  • Cross train to ensure adequate support at all times
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards as communicated in the Verizon Wireless Credo

  • Bachelors of Business, Finance, Marketing or similar
  • 3 years Supervisory Experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Planning role
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Operational Supply Chain role
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Proven experience and capabilities collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Proven experience delivering results in an organization driven by aggressive deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic and team oriented work environment
  • Proven abilities to perform tactically and strategically
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record with vendor relationship management
  • Must be detail oriented
