Position: Quality Analytics Engineer
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a Master's degree. One (1) year of relevant or actual experience demonstrating expertise in methods and tools of performance improvement is required. Two (2) years of experience with data analytics and using statistical analytical software/tools required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment. Need for accuracy is required. Must be able to respond to changing priorities.
Reporting directly to the Administrative Director of Quality and Care Management, the Quality Analytics Engineer is responsible for supporting desired patient outcomes and effectiveness of care, through ongoing analysis of health care information, quality measurement and identification of opportunities for improvement. This position supports the leadership team to achieve organizational excellence in clinical quality.
Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours to include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.
