I have close ties with our media clients (CNN, USA Today, Reuters, Discovery, CBS and others), and I understand how large media companies are using technologies like OpenSocial for content syndication and audience interaction. My background is in product I will bring a real use/product driven perspective to the board, with real use cases from large media clients. I believe it is important to have product representation at the board level specifically for media companies as there is a fantastic opportunity to encourage them to adopt, promote and distribute OpenSocial.
