Primary responsibilities include management of an 18-person development team
organized as multiple feature teams. The development manger is responsible
for translating PM requirements into an implementation plan, driving the
development process, staffing, and delivering high performance, reliable, and
maintainable software product. The development manager is also responsible
for coordinating and driving the technical vision for Search.

Qualifications: Experience should include a minimum of 3 years of prior
development management or lead experience shipping two major version of a
product. Strong communication and technical skills are required. The
successful candidate should also have strong Win32 and C++
development skills. Experience with developing of any of the following
technologies would be a bonus: query processors, natural language query,
search, data mining or semantic modeling are a plus. A BA/BS degree in
Computer Science or other related technical field preferred.
