financial services companies in the online marketplace. Incorporating its
neural network predictive technology to address two significant
e-commerce challenges, Nestor's new offerings include

	   eCLIPSE for enhancing online customer loyalty

	   and PRISM eFraud for online fraud detection.

    eCLIPSE is an solution for building customer loyalty in Web
environments through personalized, one-to-one multi-channel
communications.  Integrating content-rich web information with data
from traditional customer interaction channels, eCLIPSE creates
profiles of each web site visitor. Marketers can use this information
to welcome the customer to the site, tailor site content and display
cross-sell messages in real-time. Information and response data are
shared between e-channels and traditional channels to complete the
closed-loop marketing process.

    PRISM eFraud is a real-time solution for detecting fraudulent
on-line transactions. Based on the same technology that is used today
by many of the largest bank card issuers in the world, PRISM eFraud is
a tool for acquirers, e-Retailers, Application Service Providers
(ASPs), and Commerce Service Providers (CSPs). PRISM eFraud combines
neural network risk models and parameter-driven, user-defined
strategies to minimize denied purchases and fraud-related
charge-backs.
