Does anyone know of real-world studies and/or papers of Data Mining applications in Human Resource Management and in recruitment more specifically. Essentially, I am interested in applicant risk analysis, i.e. what kind of applicants have a high risk of leaving the company/sector. Information of this kind may be used to improve recruitment campaigns and to automatically score applicants in terms of potential risk for the company/sector.

What kind of data do we need, what algorithms/methods are used? Any success stories available ?

Any kind of information would be very appreciated.
