REPORTS TO:   VP eAnalytics

POSITION SUMMARY:
Key manager who will drive the delivery of AdKnowledge’s eAnalytics
offering.  This position will lead the team that performs all analysis
and any modeling for AdKnowledge advertiser/agency clients.

Essential  Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
· Manage and grow the team of database marketing analysts and
statisticians.
· Interface with senior marketing and research managers at clients to
understand their needs, and translate those into how AdKnowledge
analytics can help
· Scope, price and deliver customer reporting requests and analytic
projects for clients.  Analysis projects range from custom reports built
in an OLAP tool, to statistical analysis.
· Work with internal marketing team to define and produce research
studies on online marketing effectiveness for use with clients and in
public relations.
· Define systems requirements and development efforts required to
support analytic projects.
· Work closely with Adknowledge product managers to assure future
reporting products and database systems adequately support sophisticated
analytics.
· Work closely with Engage’s consumer profile database team to leverage
the Engage knowledge database of over 40 million user profiles.

Experience Necessary
· Must have analytic, managerial and customer relations skills.
· Minimum 8 years professional experience.
· Significant experience working with customers on custom projects
· Significant experience database marketing, marketing science and/or
data analysis.
· Experience in data mining and with very large databases a plus.
· Internet and internet marketing experience preferred.

 Education
· Advanced degree in a quantitative analysis or related field required

 Computer and Automated Office Equipment Experience Required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
