A Data Mining course is being offered to the public by Information
Acumen Corp. in partnership with Hennepin Technical College's
(HTC) Customized Training Services.  This partnership allows HTC to
train and certify resellers in product used in our course.  Training
can also be arranged at your worksite.  Introduction to Data Mining;
M,T,W May 15-17 8:30am -5pm

A detailed introduction to the field of data mining is provided.
Learn how business and industry can extract valuable data for
marketing solutions.  Techniques include using decision trees, concept
hierarchies, neural networks, and production rules.  Laboratory time
is spent learning data mining concepts by interacting with an
Excel-based commercial data mining tool capable of both supervised and
unsupervised learning.
