Business Analyst, Decision Systems

Responsibilities:
Position will utilize data mining, analytic, and CRM applications for both Outcome and client partners' customer care and marketing initiatives to develop reports:

- Research and identify analytical needs of Outcome and its client partners
- Recommend data enhancements, analytic functions, and reports
- Analyze and identify critical trends in customer information

Requirements:
- Strong experience with data mining, analytics, and data reporting

Preferred:
- Knowledge of consumer marketing, database architecture, and financial service products
- 1+ years experience with financial services consumer product and transaction data.
