DATA MINING MARKETING ANALYST

Qualified individual will conduct research in the areas of retention,
cross-sell, customer value modeling and customer relationship
management. They will work with a diverse team to integrate research
findings into company operations

Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D) in one or more of the following
disciplines: computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine
learning, operations research or related field. Demonstrated
capability with sophisticated analytical techniques such as decision
trees, neural networks and/or genetic algorithms. Familiarity with
Clementine and/or Knowledge STUDIO, (SAS is also a plus). Prior
modeling experience in a business environment preferred. Ability to
learn quickly and apply new tools and techniques. Must be able to work
well both independently and in a collaborative environment. Strong
quantitative skills and/or strong skills in the construction and
management of very large data bases. Creativity and problem solving
with interest in formulating & implementing solutions to complex
business problems. Insurance and/or financial services knowledge a
plus.
