Xchange, Inc., a leader in e-CRM space, is looking for a Data Analyst to
join its world-class consulting group.

The analyst will participate in customer analysis and CRM projects
focusing on finance, telco, retail,  and ecommerce sectors.

The analyst will work on all steps of the knowledge discovery
process, from business problem definition, to data cleaning
and model development, to results presentation and model deployment.

Specific requirements include
    M.S. in Computer Science + 1 year experience or equivalent
    Experience with Unix and good knowledge of Perl, awk, C/Java
    Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL
    Some knowledge of SAS
    Basic understanding of statistics
    Good communication skills

Analysts are expected to be able to quickly pick up new tools and
techniques and work in flexible, project-oriented teams.  Some amount
of travel will be expected,
