We are soliciting papers for the second issue of SIGecom Exchanges,
the official newsletter of the ACM Special Interest Group on
E-commerce (see http://www.acm.org/sigecom/exchanges).

The newsletter will accept submissions on a variety of e-commerce
related research topics, including:

	Agent-mediated E-Commerce
	Auction and negotiation technologies
	Information economies
	Content creation & management
	E-commerce education
	Economic analysis
	Intellectual property
	Languages for describing goods, services, and contracts
	Legal issues
	Marketing and advertising technology
	Payment and exchange protocols
	Performance Evaluation and testing of E-Commerce Systems
	Privacy issues
	Recommendation and referral systems
	Reputation and trust
	Security and cryptographic
	Shopping tools
	Social implications of new technologies
	Software requirements and architectures for e-commerce
	Supply chains, coalitions, and virtual enterprises
	User interfaces for e-commerce
	Visualization of e-commerce data, systems

We are particularly interested in survey articles on the above
topics. We will also consider articles that focus on research
projects or the e-commerce activities of particular geographic areas.
Conference and workshop summaries and book reviews are also welcome.

Timetable for consideration for the inaugural issue:
	Submission deadline: December 10, 2000
	Author notification: January 5, 2001
	Publication:         Late January, 2001

Articles should be no longer than 6 pages in length, generated according
to the ACM guidelines
(http://www.acm.org/pubs/submitting_accepted_articles/auth_rd.htm),
and submitted in pdf format. Submissions should be sent to
pwurman@acm.org.

Submissions received after the deadline will be considered for future issues.
