Requirements:

Advanced degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in applied research and development.

Strong sense of rigorous methodology, self-organization and dedication.

Experience with standard software packages.

Ability to work as the research lead in a development team.

Good social and communicative abilities for reporting and presenting.

The ability to think creatively, non-dogmatically and independently in identifying workable solutions to real problems.
