The newly created position will work with social science research projects in the application of emerging technologies. An M.S. (or higher) degree in computer science, statistics or quantitative social science is required. Cross-disciplinary experience in data mining, database design and social science research are highly desirable. SRC is a consulting and support organization that provides computational services to the Division of Social Sciences, the Harris Graduate School of Public Policy and the NORC Research Centers at the University of Chicago.
