Enterprise software maker J.D. Edwards has agreed to buy CRM software
company YOUcentric. The move gives J.D. Edwards an opportunity to
gain on competitors SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle, as well as market
leader Siebel. Both companies in the deal said current YOUcentric
users would be fully supported.
