K2S (KXEN Smart Segmenter) Offers Clustering Capabilities with Rapid Deployment

San Francisco, CA - August 27, 2001 KXEN', a global analytic software company that provides powerful, predictive and descriptive modeling technology for both data mining professionals and business decision-makers, today released K2S (KXEN Smart Segmenter), a new addition to the KXEN analytic framework that will provide automatic clustering and segmentation capabilities.

To ensure the quality and reliability of the analysis, K2S offers a quality index that rates the value of extracted information and a robustness index that monitors the reliability of the created clusters. Using the lift and profit curves available in K2S, business users can graphically view how their campaign, for example, will perform using the different segments of data.

KXEN's software suite is different from other analytic products because it allows organizations to build and deploy models much faster than using traditional products.
