How is this evolving over time? The "Classification Literature Automatic Search Service", now in its 30th year, is provided on CD with the first issue each year of the Journal of Classification. From a "profile" of 90 journal articles or books, in 2001 there were 3268 citations to one or more of them. List (abbreviated) of "profile" literature references follows.
