The individual selected will assist in building the future organizational requirements of this position. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Masters degree in Statistics or Econometrics and 5 or more years modeling experience with a multi-channel direct marketing or direct response company. This person will develop predictive and descriptive models.

The majority of time will be spent building statistical models, documenting, editing, validating, implementing and analyzing results. Focus will be on multi-channel applications. Must have excellent communication skills, have solid working knowledge of modeling software and be able to read, comprehend and interpret complex documents. Will assist in reviewing, evaluating and recommending new software.
