Senior Analyst Statistical Reporting

The Senior Analyst in the Database Group is responsible for providing knowledge to assist the business units. The role of this group continually expands as Cablevision strengthens and expands their business scope. The Senior Analyst will gather requirements from our internal customers, develop an analytical plan to address their situation, gather the data, analyze and interpret it. The Senior Analyst will provide information on both, customers and non-customers, for Video, High Speed Modem and Telephone Services. This information will be obtained by compiling, analyzing and interpreting data across various systems, namely, Epiphany DataMart, Analytix Database, and Compass.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years experience. Ability to interface with customers and gather requirements to answer their business concerns. Ability to manipulate data and information using database tools. Ability to understand if data is correct and draw conclusions from results. Ability to think conceptually. Strong problem solving abilities. Requires minimal direction. Ability to work well in a team, meet deadlines and handle multiple and shifting priorities. Must be highly organized and have either database or programming skills.
