North America. Their Strategic Data Marketing Center of Excellence supports the North
American Agency network and is at the heart of applying customer data to enhance the
�customer experience�-- across every marketing channel and point of contact throughout

The Senior Manager, Marketing Database, will report to the Director Data Management. This
role will be accountable for on time delivery within quality standards of customer data
solutions for marketing data management including database updates, data file
preparation, customer data reporting and campaign analysis
Key Activities include:
- Customer database updates and quality management - 30 %
- Data file prep for analysis, campaign planning / execution, data-mining� 20 %
- Data reporting , recurring and adhoc for customer analysis and campaign reporting - 25 %
- Documentation of customer data files and processing � 10 %
- Client team support - attend internal team meetings, project status reporting, client
communications, and occasional travel. - 15%
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3 years SAS programming experience applied to database design and data analysis
(ideally SAS-PC )
- 3 years experience in ad hoc query and reporting ideally with customer information
- 3 years plus experience in data up-loading into databases from disparate data
sources and related data quality control
- Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Team player
Nice to Have - assets
- 2 + year experience in file scoring and list management for
direct marketing application
- Data analysis and file preparation for complex datamining by datamining experts
- RDBMS programming experience � SQL: SQL Server, Oracle (3 years +)
- Database and datamodel design
- Experience in leading database data analysts
