The process entails matching your files to the USPS Delivery Sequence File (DSF) to validate whether an address exists and is a deliverable address. Next National Change of Address (NCOA) processing identifies individuals who have moved and provides the new address if available. Optionally, names and addresses can be matched to a proprietary Deceased File which flags individuals who are deceased and communication to that household needs to be evaluated. Anchor can provide their own proprietary national address database that can be used as a foundation to new or existing databases.
