The joint conference has attracted 1100 submissions (SEAL'02: 230; ICONIP'02: 670; FSKD'02: 200) from 60 countries and is shaping up as one of the most exciting events in soft computing. Join us in tropical Singapore in November !!!

The joint cconferences will no only feature the most up-to-date research results in evolutionary computation, natural and artificial neural systems, fuzzy systems, and knowledge discovery, but also promote cross-fertilization over these exciting and yet closely- related areas. Registration to any one of the conferences will entitle a participant to the technical sessions and the proceedings of all three conferences, as well as the conference banquet, buffet lunches, and tours to two of the major attractions in Singapore, i.e., Night Safari (http://www.zoo.com.sg/safari) and Sentosa Resort Island (http://www.sentosa.com.sg). Many well-known researchers will present keynote speeches, panel discussions, invited lectures, and tutorials.
