Primary responsibility is to provide support in all areas of the Database Marketing Analysis department: regression analysis, statistical analysis, SAS programming, ad hoc reporting, database querying, data enhancement and the general progress and function of the Database Marketing Analysis department. Also responsible for researching, validating and implementing advanced data mining and statistical techniques in the direct marketing industry in order to fulfill Guideposts’ marketing strategies.
College degree required in Statistics or Market Research or other related field and 2-5 years performing regression analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus. Must have strong statistical and analytical skills, SAS programming skills or other related programming knowledge, such as SQL. Direct marketing experience a plus.
