This three-day course provides participants with an understanding of how survival data mining is the adaptation of survival analysis techniques for mining customer databases. Customer history data can be used to build predictive models for time-dependent outcomes such as churn and product upgrade. The unique features and complications survival data require specialized analytical methods.
