I'm searching for a shrink wrap type recommendation engine tightly coupled to a web dialogue manager.

As an independent marketing consultant, I'm hoping to utilize the tool to provider intelligent web search capabilities that are more interactive, dialogue centric but based on a solid analytical approach such as some abbreviated forms of conjoint or adaptive choice analysis.

Please provide any recommendations you feel come close. For reference the ONLY thing I've found so far is a company called www.Wiseuncle.com who apparently no longer actively provides their Q&A web development toolkit.

The site, however, is still live for examples of what I'm searching for.
