I've had available for some time GUIs for some of Borgelt's tools. I've just added a GUI for Bayes, in addition to dtree and apriori. They are referred to as the Gnome Data Mining Tools and are licensed under the GPL for anyone to download and use (and to contribute to). While they run out of the box under GNU/Linux (and I will continue to maintain them under Debian GNU/Linux), with the appropriate libraries they should run on Unix and MSWindows (with Python and the Gnome libraries under MSWindows).
