East Hartford, CT (July 12, 2004) - Full Capture Solutions, Inc., a provider of predictive, analytic-driven solutions for the insurance industry, announced that it secured $5 million in Series A venture funding from Ignition Partners. The company will use the funds to fuel its sales and business development efforts for its suite of analytic solutions. One of the company's products is focused on the identification and routing of subrogation opportunities, assisting insurance companies in significantly increasing their subrogation recoveries.

The company's co-founders, Stephen Holcomb and Martin Ellingsworth, have a combined forty-five years of experience in the insurance and data analytics industries. Holcomb was formerly President of Trumbull Services, LLC, leading the insurance technology and outsourcing company through a four-year period of significant growth. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Specialty Risk Services, Inc., one of the largest third party administrators in the Property and Casualty claims industry. He also held senior management positions at The Hartford Financial Services Group. Ellingsworth is recognized as one of the leading analytics experts in the insurance industry and is a frequent speaker on the science of Applied Data Analytics. He was previously Director of Operations Research at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. During his career, he has contributed to the success of firms such as Risk Data Corporation/HNC Software, Inc./Fair, Isaac and Company, Workers Compensation Research Institute, and Beech Street Managed Care.
