Genalytics Names Ray Kingman as CEO

Strengthens Management Team and Drives Company Growth to Next Level

NEWBURYPORT, Mass. - September 21, 2004 - Genalytics, a leading provider of advanced business analytics software, today announced it has named Ray Kingman as its new CEO. Doug Newell, founder and former CEO, will retain his role as Genalytics' president focusing on market development and strategic sales opportunities. An experienced innovator in the content management and data visualization spaces, Kingman will direct Genalytics' day-to-day operations, the expansion of product offerings, and the development of strategic relationships.
